Our Environmental Policy
In consultation with the Energy Efficiency Advice Centre and the
Environmental Health Department of the local Council we advise tenants
of the use and misuse of electricity, by heating, cooking appliances,
lighting and refrigeration. We also give advice on water consumption.
Here are some of our practices:
- Low wattage, energy saving light bulbs
- UPVC windows
- Hot water cylinder jacket
- Efficient use of water
- Draught free doors and windows
A tenant’s file is placed in every property outlining energy
saving advice and detailing the location of recycling sites with opening
hours.
